Air transport


Section I

Overview


Section 1874. - Are subject to the provisions of this Code for inland transportation contracts or international, the latter in the absence of international conventions that are binding on Colombia. The contract of carriage is considered internal when the places of departure and destination are set by the parties within the country, and internationally in other cases. 
Section 1875. - The terms of contract of carriage with public business must be made known the passengers on the ticket or ticket of passage in the transport documents delivered to them or in an office from those where they are easily read.
Aspects not covered by this Code or other laws, decrees and government regulations relating to the conditions of transport may be regulated by the airlines public transport through regulation that requires approval from the FAA.
Such regulations shall be displayed by businesses in places where they are easily known by the user. The aviation authority lays down the rules on the matter.
Section 1876. - The transport that carried on various carriers by air, be judged as transportation only when it has been regarded by the parties as a single operation, whether it is formalized through a single contract or a series of them.
