COLOMBIAN COMMERCIAL CODE Section III Legal Representative Article 440 .- The corporation shall have at least one legal representative, with one or more alternates, appointed by the Board for specified periods, who may be reelected indefinitely or removed at any time. The statutes may defer this appointment to the assembly.
