MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE FELLOW CITIZENS OF THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES: The codification of our laws in general has been long before now a need felt by all, recognized by scientists and properly estimated by successive governments that have ruled the destinies of the Republic, but this need has been expressed with the character of imperative and urgent regard to corporate law, which puts us in immediate contact with the various nations of the globe looking for on our soil the benefits of change of the respective products.
