COMERCIAL CODE OF MEXICO Transitory Articles of Decree Reform Navigation Act. Published in the Official Journal of the Federation on January 4, 1994 TRANSIENT FIRST .- This act shall take effect the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation . SECOND .- Are abrogated: I. The Law for the Development of the Mexican Merchant Marine, published in Official Journal of the Federation on January 8, 1981, as amended; II. The Law on Special Provisions for the cabotage service, and River inner harbor of the Republic, published in the Official Journal of the Federation on February 2, 1929, and III. The Act grants to the Merchant Marine, published in Official Journal of the Federation on December 11, 1930. THIRD .- Be repealed: I. The Law of Navigation and Maritime Commerce, except sections 222 to 232 and 234 to 250; II. Articles 1o., Sections I to IV 169-305, 543-545 and 547-554 of the Law of General Means of Com...
