PART ONE WATER NAVIGATION General Provisions Section 1429 .- It is considered all the maritime activities that take place in the territorial sea areas adjacent soil and subsoil belong to the continental shelf and on the coasts and ports of the Republic, relating to shipping, coastal shipping, fishing and scientific, with domestic and foreign vessels, or research and resource extraction the sea and the platform.
