Section III Carriage of goods and luggage Section 1884 .- The carrier is obliged to carry passengers in conjunction with and within the fare, their luggage within the limits of weight or volume set of regulations. Excess baggage will be governed by the terms of the contract of carriage covered by Article 1875. Section 1885 .- The baggage of the previous article shall be recorded in a stub that must contain the information set by regulation. Delivery of baggage will be made against presentation of the heel, whatever the person exhibits. The lack of such filing shall entitle the carrier to ascertain the identity of the baggage claim, may defer delivery until identification is sufficient. The aviation authority, taking into consideration of the systems to be established by public employers to ensure the safety of the luggage, authorize the dispensing of the heel.
