     COMERCIAL CODE OF MEXICO     TITLE FOUR   Commercial Arbitration     CHAPTER I   General Provisions      Article 1415 .- The  provisions of this Title shall apply to national commercial  arbitration, international and where the place of arbitration is in the  national territory, except as provided in international treaties that  Mexico is a party or other laws that establish a different procedure or  provide that certain disputes are not arbitrable.     The provisions of Articles 1424, 1425, 1461, 1462 and 1463, will apply even if the place of arbitration is outside the country.     Article 1416 .- For purposes of this title shall apply:     I. - Arbitration  agreement, the agreement by the parties to submit to arbitration all or  certain disputes which have arisen or may arise between them in respect  of a defined legal relationship, whether contractual or not.
