CHAPTER VII Approach Section 1841 .- approach means any collision or interference between two or more aircraft in flight or on the surface. Section 1842 .- An operator that causes a collision will be responsible for the deaths, injuries or delays caused to people on other aircraft and the destruction, loss, damage, delay or damage to such aircraft and property on board same in accordance with Articles 1834 and 1839.
