PART TWO Aeronautics CHAPTER I General Provisions Section 1773 - This part governs all civil aviation activities, which are subject to the inspection, surveillance and government regulations. This regime will be subject to aircraft using areas under national sovereignty, as well as Colombian-registered aircraft in space that are not under the sovereignty or jurisdiction of another State.
