COLOMBIAN COMMERCIAL CODE CHAPTER IV Bearer Article 668 .- The bearer securities which are not issued for specific person, but do not include the clause "to bearer", and containing such a clause. The simple display of the rightful owner and tradition bearer will result from the single delivery. Article 669 .- The bearer bonds may be issued only in cases expressly authorized by law. Article 670 .- The titles created in contravention of the provisions of the preceding article, will not produce effects such securities.
