COMERCIAL CODE OF MEXICO BOOK FIVE Trials of Commercial FIRST TITLE General Provisions CHAPTER I Commercial Special Procedure Article 1049 .- Commercial trials are aimed at the air and decide disputes according to Article 4.,  75 and 76, derived from commercial acts.
