The Abductor muscular with big toe,
is located along the medial border of the foot and covers the origins of the plantar vessels and nerves of the same.
The abductor muscle of great toe,
originates in the internal process of the tuberosity of the calcaneus, laciniate ligament, the plantar fascia, and the intermuscular septum between it and the Flexor digitorum brevis.
The fibers of the abductor hallucis muscle of the foot end in a tendon. Is inserted, along with half of the flexor tendon brevis; On the side of the tibia at the base of the first phalanx of the toe.
Variations of abductor toe
The abductor hallucis muscle of the foot is off the base of the first phalanx of second toe in some cases.
